Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - URGENT - Excellent Benefits Package

A growing pediatric office based in Tempe is actively looking for a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with previous pediatric experience, certifications, and the ability to see approximately 25 patients per day.

This is an ideal position, outpatient only. No mommy calls, hospital rounding, or night calls. Hours are 9:00 am-5 pm for 2 or 3 days per week. The candidate should be capable of managing all the variety offered in a pediatric clinic. A productivity bonus is offered.

• Interacts politely and as a team player with all levels of staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Must be able to embrace differences among people and be able to interact with internal staff as well as external contacts in a culturally competent and respectful manner.
• Responsible for performing evaluations and treatment protocols, well-child care as well as prescribing medications and generating referrals to specialists as needed
• Willingness to be a team player
• Excellent communication skills are required.
