Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate – Primary Care

 Location: Portland, Oregon
Position Type: Full-Time 

A leading medical group in Providence, Oregon is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join a dynamic team at a well-established primary care clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including internal medicine providers, medical assistants, patient relations representatives, and an on-site psychologist—all working together in a modern, patient-centered medical home setting.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible schedule: 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week (no call)
   
• Outpatient-only; paneled position
   
• Newly built clinic with on-site urgent care, sports medicine, lab, x-ray, CT, and ultrasound
   
• Guaranteed base salary plus quality incentive
