We are Looking for:

A skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic in Webster, TX. This role will focus on providing comprehensive care for patients managing chronic pain in an outpatient setting, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pain management and be committed to improving the quality of life for patients through innovative, evidence-based care. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pain management services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, assess pain levels, and develop personalized care plans for patients with chronic pain.
• Prescribe and manage pain medications, including opioids, as part of a safe and effective treatment plan for outpatients.
• Implement and monitor non-pharmacological treatments, such as physical therapy, injections, and other interventions, tailored to outpatient care.
• Educate patients on pain management techniques, lifestyle changes, and coping strategies during their visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, physical therapists, psychologists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment.
• Perform follow-up visits, track treatment progress, and adjust plans as needed for ongoing outpatient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and outpatient standards.
• Provide patient education on the risks and benefits of various pain management strategies, including medication management, within the outpatient care framework.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Experience in pain management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and empowerment.
