Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Licensure: Active NJ state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Experience with veteran populations is a plus, but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and completing detailed medical documentation.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, compassionate, respectful, and strong administrative focus.

• Competitive Compensation & Bonus:
• Part-Time: $70 per hour (Negotiable)
• Full-Time: $130,000 annual salary
• Productivity Bonus: +$10 per patient beyond 10 completed per day
