Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Cardiology

Electrophysiology APP | New Grads Welcome | Open to Training

This is a unique opportunity to join a busy, physician-led cardiovascular practice where APPs are truly involved in patient care and gain real exposure to electrophysiology from day one. Daytona Heart Group is looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner  or Physician Assistant who is eager to learn, stay engaged, and grow within cardiology long term.

Whether you’re a new grad wanting mentorship or an experienced APP looking to transition into EP, this team is open to training the right person.

Job Details

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities
• Work closely alongside experienced cardiologists and EP providers
• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing cardiovascular care
• Participate in hospital consults and rounding
• Exposure to electrophysiology procedures, devices, and patient management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Collaborative environment with strong physician support
• High-volume setting with excellent hands-on learning opportunities
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared weekend call rotation (~1/month)

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Florida license or ability to obtain
• Interest in cardiology/electrophysiology strongly preferred
• Cardiology experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
