AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team. Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population
- Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions
- Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness
- Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic
- Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
- Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner
- Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter
- Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins
- Maintain high standard of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff
Working Hours:
- 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AND
- 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License
- Board Certification, if applicable
