OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care


SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 5:30pm


COMPENSATION: 
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $125,000 to $185,000 Annual Compensation
- $65 per Hour Base Rate

LOCATION: 
Los Banos, California


COMPANY PROFILE: 
This family practice has been providing quality care to the Los Banos community since 2009. With a staff of more than 15 individuals, the physician assistants and nurse practitioners are highly supported by a dedicated team of administrative and clinical professionals.



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new provider will receive all necessary training and orientation, providing a highly-supported environment for both experienced providers and new graduates.

Providers see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, with all visits prepped by a clinical assistant.  

All services are within the scope of all-ages family practice:

- walk-in cases
- routine primary care visits
- chronic disease management
- annual wellness visits
- and more

The practice utilizes the Kareo EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- ability to see patients of all ages
- new graduates are welcome to apply
