SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours per Week
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $145,000 to $180,000 Starting Base Salary

- San Diego, California (Miramar area)
- National City, California
- some rotation between offices required

This private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease and pain management services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences.  Being physician-owned-and-led, their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger regional organization.  They currently operate more than 40 offices in 6 states and are hiring due to growth.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new nurse practitioner or physician assistant will see an average of 18 to 24 patients per day with the support of clinical assistants and sonographers.  

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- new patient consultations
- follow-up visits
- outpatient vein treatments
- cosmetic sclerotherapy
- additional vein procedures
- collaborating with physicians, sonographers, and other team members

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- varicose veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency

The practice uses the NextTech EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- active NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- 1+ year advanced practice experience preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
