Beyond Expectation, LLC Psychological Services is a multifaceted mental health practice, providing a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking independently licensed psychological and psychiatric practitioners; either as an APRN, MD, LCSW, LCPC, or LP to service our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.

Our upcoming expansion is a great opportunity to help in the development and growth of our organizational programs which include, but are not limited to:

· Individual Psychotherapy (children, adolescent and adults)

· Employee Assistant Program - EAP. Work & Court Mandated Interventions

· Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management

· Neuropsychological Testing & Psychological Evaluations (Autism, Disabilities, LD, etc.)

· Bariatric Psychological Clearance Evaluations

· Medical Weight Management

· Neurofeedback Training/Treatment

· Marriage, Family, Group, & Christian Counseling

· Group Therapy (IOP, PHP, AOD, Co-occurring Disorders)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing sample will be required) **

· Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of patients, staff, and community members

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

· Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

· Leadership and Conflict Management skills

· Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
