Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Reproductive Health to join the Pinal County Public Health Services District (PCPHSD). In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care focused on prevention, wellness, and reproductive health education. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based clinical services, empower patients to make informed health decisions, and promote equitable access to quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women’s health, reproductive health, or family planning, and a commitment to serving diverse populations in a public health environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's in Nursing (NP program)
• Licensure: Arizona RN and NP licenses with prescribing authority
• Certification: 
• CPR certification, Hepatitis B immunization, and TB clearance
• Credentialed (or eligible) with AHCCCS, CAQH, and relevant insurance plans
• Experience: 2+ years reproductive/women's health (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Patient education, cultural competency, collaborative practice

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gynecologic, male genital, breast, and physical exams
• Provide contraception management, IUD/implant insertion and removal
• Order and interpret reproductive health tests (Pap, HIV, STI screening)
• Diagnose and treat reproductive-related conditions
• Administer vaccines (e.g., flu, HPV, COVID)
• Counsel clients on family planning and women’s health issues
• Participate in quality assurance and continuing education activities
