Who we are:

MH7, Medical Housecalls 7 has been delivering mobile medical care to geriatric patients in the valley for over 14 years to elderly patients who cannot access health care because they experience barriers in navigating or accessing medical care.  We currently offer mobile primary care, mobile podiatry and mobile psychiatry to our geriatric patients. 

Our MH7 providers travel to see underserved, geriatric patients IN-Person inside assisted-living communities, assisted-living facilities and private residences within an assigned territory near the provider’s home. Even though MH7 sees adults, the average age of the MH7 patient is 86 years-old. If you have a special place in your heart for the elderly, we are the company for you. 

Positions available:

MH7 is looking for Certified Physicians Assistants  and Nurse Practitioners who have the passion to serve the elderly and vulnerable who are unable to access primary care.

• Flexible Hours either Part-Time (3 Days a week)  and Full-Time positions are available.  
• Valley wide Territories/ Locations:   West Valley: Surprise, Peoria, Glendale,
• This is an in-person position where you travel to the patient's location.

Experience:

• Experience preferred but not required. Our medical director can train and or assist you if you need help.

Compensation:

We are transparent in our billing. Your compensation depends on how many patients you want to see and how many days a week you would like to work ranging between $129,000- $148,900.
For example, working full time with a full time panel equates to AT LEAST $129,000 yearly. This comparison was drawn from a May 27, 2025,  average annual pay using the Optum Nurse Practitioner pay scale for Phoenix ($129,371 a year).
