Nurse Practitioner- Transperity Medical Providers

Location: Onsite at 22698 Professional Dr #100, Kingwood, TX 77339

• Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients. 

• Interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed. 

• Perform complete physical exams and record findings. 

• Collaborate with physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.

• Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. 

• Synthesize data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention. 

• Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention; recommend community resources to meet patient needs. 

• Educate patients and family regarding healthcare concerns & problems, office & hospital procedures, medications, testing, treatment instructions etc. 

• Triage patient calls and provide consultation.

• Manage medical and surgical procedures/emergencies. 

• Provide monitoring and continuity of care between patient visits. 

• Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.

• Cooperate and interact with team members and coworkers.

• Maintain patient flow, a safe environment for patients and others, and patient confidentiality.

• Follow HIPAA guidelines.

• Other duties as required. 

• Outstanding opportunity to join our primary care practice that has been serving the community for more than 30 years and work alongside 2 board certified Internal Medicine physicians, 1 Physician Assistant and a tenured support staff. 

• We offer a full spectrum of primary care services to our patients (ages 16 to 99) with access to an onsite phlebotomist and the option of virtual visits. 

• Our focus is on providing quality personalized care that encompasses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.

• 3+ years of primary care experience required.

• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manners, and possess excellent clinical skills. 

• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. 

• State licensure and board certification are required. 

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from $110k-$150k Annual. Final compensation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of your qualifications, including years of experience, educational background, and location.
