The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions. Working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, the NP is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring treatment effectiveness, educating patients, and coordinating ongoing care.
The NP will practice in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, professional standards, organizational policies, and the scope of practice established by the individual's licensure and credentials.
