Job Description - Nurse Practitioner Westminster CO

Nurse Practitioner Westminster CO
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning practice full time in Westminster CO as well as several other offices within the area. Due to our reputation for delivering impeccable care and service to our community, our group is experiencing rapid growth. The incoming provider will see between 6-10 new patients a day, providing recommendations for treatment of hormone and ED issues. Job duties will also include reviewing labs for existing patients and placing med orders once a treatment plan has been agreed upon. This position will be a “float” position, covering other providers/offices in Westminster, Fort Collins, Central Denver, and Castle Rock so the incoming Nurse Practitioner must be willing to travel to these locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
Provide recommendations for treatment of hormone and ED issues
Coordination of care with other community physicians and health care providers
Review labs and make medication/hormonal adjustments as necessary
Pharmacologic management of hormone and ED related conditions
Perform injections, PRP, and Exosome treatments
Commitment to helping all parts of our organization succeed
Providing hope, compassion, and sound medical advice to our patients and our community

Candidate Qualifications:

Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Colorado
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Hormonal or ED background preferred
DEA license required
Willingness to travel to our 4 office locations

Total Compensation (range):

Total comp expected to be $170k-$200k with monthly bonuses

Schedule:

M-F 8am-5pm

Benefits:

Bonus compensation -Monthly Bonus- $2500-$7500
PTO (3-4 weeks)
