Nurse Practitioner, Women's Health – Dallas, TX

COMPENSATION: Salary $130k-$150K + Bonus’ + Signing Bonus $10-$15k

Since 2017, we have provided a modern, functional wellness solution to a health crisis that affects 15% of women and 10% of men. Persistent pelvic pain is often overlooked, untreated, and misguided. Our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms.

Our unique, office-based, ultrasound-guided approach to the pelvis is the first of its kind in the country. Our team focuses on diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in women and men with a procedure that is safe, effective, and more comfortable than what has been offered by pelvic pain providers in the past. Patients go on with their day with no downtime. Our unique procedural approach, combined with our providers focusing solely on providing expert care for pelvic pain patients in an interdisciplinary fashion has been the key to our success.

Role:
• Compensation: Salary $130k-$150k +Production Bonus (can make $170k-$190k) + $10k Signing Bonus
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8a-5P (40 hours a week)
• No nights, Weekends or Call
• Outpatient setting
• Could be sole provider in clinic working with MA's and office staff -Need to be able to work independently
• Typical age ranges are 20-40 years old
• 15-20 Patients a day
• EMR: eClinical Works
• Specialty clinic focusing on Pelvic Rehab, pelvic injuries, pelvic pain, post partum, incontinence, pain with intercourse, etc
• Will be trained on how to do the procedure

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Looking for a Women’s Health APRN OR Looking for a Family Practice APRN with experience in Women’s Health
• We have a proprietary ultrasound guided procedural protocol to treat Pelvic Pain and Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction
• NP team offer an office based procedural approach to Endometriosis Pain, as well as Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching focused on Endometriosis Care. All training is provided for the simple office-based procedure
• Multimodal, interdisciplinary, non-opioid functional restorative approach

Requirements

Required Qualification:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

• Family NP or Women’s Health NP

• APRN with full licensure and a prescriptive authorization

• 3+ Years NP experience

• General Women's Health exp required - IUD placements, Pelvic exams, etc

• Need Planned Parenthood or Women’s Health Background
