Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care)

You’ll work independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams, delivering high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and management across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, debridement, and dressing management

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care plans

• Travel to skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region

• Active APRN and RN licenses

• Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited NP program

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
