DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for child and adolescent patients.
Float across units to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
Work 40 hours per week, scheduled shifts as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists.
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in medical records.
