Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Join Our Growing Primary Care Practice

Suyi Park, MD & Associates, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new primary care office in Baltimore, Maryland. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a growing practice while providing high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved community.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced Internal Medicine physician and support team to deliver comprehensive primary care services. As our practice expands, there will be opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and increased clinical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.


• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.


• Provide preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.


• Work closely with an Internal Medicine Clinician and the care team to ensure continuity of care.


• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient progress.


• Educate patients and families on health management and lifestyle changes.


• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).


• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.


• Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland NP or PA license in good standing. 


• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to work independently and travel locally for outreach events.


• Passion for primary care and patient-centered care.


• Opportunity to grow into a larger clinical role as the practice expands.
