We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care and walk-in clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate excellent clinical skills, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Perform minor procedures and assist with patient management.

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Skills:

- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in primary care.

Requirements

- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Iowa

- Previous experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred 

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
