Job Description - Nurse Practitioner-Weekend Only



Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Allen, TX and surrounding area
Part-Time Opportunity 

Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join our Weekend Provider Program, delivering compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Founded in 2021, Meridian Health Partners is a physician-led group serving seniors across the care continuum—skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and rehab. We’re growing quickly across the DFW area and prioritize both high-quality patient care and provider work-life balance.

 

Requirements:



  • Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification



  • 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings


  • Ability to work 2 weekends a month as a minimum
