Caring Senior Service of Raleigh is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and support in a personalized home care environment.   Flexible Schedule: 10–15 hours per week with occasional evening/weekend availability

  Competitive Pay: $35–$40 per hour + commission

  Complete initial in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans

  Conduct supervisory visits and caregiver evaluations

  
  


• 
  

  Review and audit documentation for quality and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Perform skills assessments to ensure caregiver competency

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with caregivers and care teams to deliver exceptional care

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction

  
  

• 
  

  Active RN license in the State of North Carolina (in good standing)

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (6+ months in a supervisory role preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  
  


• 
  

  Geriatric or home care experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean background check
