Nurse (RN / LPN) - Senior Living

• Various Schedules Available:
  • Staff Nurse: Consistent weekday-focused scheduling
  • Weekend Warrior Incentive Program: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour shifts with additional incentives for designated shifts
• Competitive Pay Rates:
  • RN: $36–$39/hour | Shift differential available depending on schedule
  • LPN: $27–$31/hour | Shift differential available depending on schedule

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing community
• Administer medications, treatments, and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or multi-state license
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
