Piedmont Pediatrics is a closely owned, independent pediatric practice striving to provide personalized, comprehensive, and family-oriented care. 

Piedmont Pediatrics is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and responsible RN or LPN for a full-time (4 days/week) or part-time (3 days/week) position in our busy outpatient pediatric office. We work together to provide excellent care to our patients and their families and value long-term relationships with our patients and our staff built on mutual trust and respect. Our nurses work closely with our internal team, wonderful pediatricians,  and nurse practitioners to provide excellent patient care and phone triage advice. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. 

Our office cares for patients from birth through the college years, is an established user of electronic medical records (EMR), and strives to foster a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. We are open seven days a week with Saturday and Sunday worked on a rotational basis, (only about every 5-6 weeks!). Shift differential is offered for weekend work. We have offices in both Charlottesville and Crozet.

Requirements

• Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Virginia 
• 1-2 years medical office experience in pediatrics, preferred. 
• Must be a team player. 
• Strong verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and can pay close attention to detail is a must. 
• Must have strong knowledge of medical terminology. 
• Must be flexible with rotating work schedule. Evening and weekend hours required. 
• Must be available to work in all office locations if needed.
