Nurse (RN/LPN) - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nurses to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Schedules available:

Full-Time ~ 72 hours/pay period

10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. /  6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. 

Consistent Two-Week Rotating Schedule

• Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

*Opportunity to work across different units in our smaller facility. *

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.
• Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively team members.
• Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN).
• Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to serving Sisters with kindness, respect, and integrity.
