Role Description

This role is located at our Tampa headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing nursing for patient infusion therapy in a home setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with patient coordination or care coordination
• 2+ years of experience with infusion therapy and proven success in a home health setting is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them appropriately
• Experience with patient intake software and ability to learn new software solutions
• Experience with specialty drugs is a plus
• Passion for helping patients, along with a positive and professional attitude
• Spanish speaking a plus
