About the Role:

Join Brightstar Care of Lakeland and Winterhaven as a Nurse Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Provide training and support to new staff members.

Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for patient needs.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
