Job Description - Nurse Supervisor - House (Nursing)

Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a 168-bed long-term care facility within a 60-mile radius. This night shift role requires a NYS License, supervisor experience in LTC, and BLS certification. The facility caters to a mix of long-term, short-term, and dementia residents, without trachs or vents. Responsibilities include conducting head-to-toe assessments, collaborating on ER transfers, managing admissions, and utilizing Point Click Care E MAR system.
