What is PACE North?

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly!

What You’ll Do:

As an essential part of our team, you’ll receive training and hands-on experience while helping provide compassionate care to our participants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
• Taking vital signs and documenting participant care.
• Supporting our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Engaging in restorative therapies and recreational programming.

Qualifications:
While you may not yet have your CNA certification, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare field. You will be enrolled in training to earn your CNA certification while gaining valuable hands-on experience. CPR certification is a plus, but we can also help you obtain this during your training!

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a positive approach to serving others. We are happy to train the right person. If you don’t yet have your CNA and CPR certifications, we will support you with training to help you achieve these qualifications.
