Nursing Department Program Assistant

MCHC Health Center's Hillside Health Center is looking for a collaborative and adaptable Nursing Department Program Assistant. Contribute to the daily management and development of our Core Competency Program, Employee Wellness initiatives, and Infection Prevention efforts while working closely with the Administrative Senior Nursing Supervisor/Director of Nursing.

As a detail-oriented, problem-solving professional with excellent communication skills, you'll assist with data entry, recordkeeping, meeting coordination, and generating reports. Your role will also involve tracking regulatory due dates, preparing for accreditation reviews, and supporting the candidate interview and onboarding processes.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• One to three years' experience in customer relations, preferably in the health care field.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• Maintains confidentiality and trust of all staff members.
