Position Summary:
As the Nursing Director ICU, you will be the department administrator, responsible for establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards. You will supervise staff, manage workflow, and have budgetary accountability. Your leadership will support the hospital's mission, vision, and goals, focusing on patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the effective operation of the Nursing department
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Supervise nursing staff
Lead department strategic planning

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Arizona Registered Nurse License
Five years' experience in nursing management in a hospital setting with three years of supervisory experience
Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy preferred

Compensation:
