Position Overview

We're seeking a visionary nursing education leader to oversee our comprehensive professional development programs, ensuring clinical excellence and advancing nursing practice through evidence-based education initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge nursing education programs aligned with organizational goals and healthcare best practices
• Lead the development of innovative clinical training curricula using simulation technology and evidence-based methodologies
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, ANCC, and state/federal requirements
• Direct competency assessment programs and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage educational technology platforms and learning management systems
• Oversee department budget and resource allocation
• Foster partnerships with academic institutions and healthcare organizations
• Guide professional development initiatives for nursing staff at all levels

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
• 3+ years leadership experience in nursing education
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification preferred
• Proven track record in curriculum development and adult learning
• Strong proficiency in educational technology and LMS platforms
