Nursing Scheduling Coordinator for Home Health Agency Orland Park, IL

We are Home Health Advantage. A patient centered, home health agency looking for a full-Time We are currently seeking a Permanent, Full-Time scheduler for Nursing staffing for our rapidly growing organization.
We are searching for an ideal candidate with experience working in the home health care industry that is reliable, organized, a team player, and who has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
•    Staff orders with qualified personnel in a timely manner, and or organizes job schedules for home care personnel.
•    Schedules clinical tasks to different clinician as directed by patient's care plan 
•    First point of contact to retrieve and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
•    Provides customer service assistance as appropriate.
•    Assist with internal audits from time to time to ensure compliance.
•    Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Qualifications:
•    College education associate or bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum 2 years of Home Health Experience
•     Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data   entry/typing And excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
•    Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
•    Independent problem solver, good decision maker, and robust analytical skills
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Effective written and verbal communication.
•    Ability to multi-task.
•    Ability to work independently or as a team.
•    Orland Park, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
