Work Schedule:

• 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required
• 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
• Eligible for benefits at time of hire

Based upon previous experiences and qualifications, the starting rate of pay is $16.25 - $20.78

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the schedule for licensed nurses and nursing assistants for Complete Living & Transitional Care in Oak Lea to meet the needs of residents based on budget and census.

• High school graduate or equivalent with the ability to complete basic payroll and clerical tasks (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• Must possess 6 - 12 months of clerical, secretarial, or administrative assistant experience.
• Must provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach in person and by phone.
• Must be highly organized; maintain a high level of accuracy, possess computer experience with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; and have the ability to learn and to become proficient with the staff scheduling system and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Must understand and carry out oral and written assignments.
• Must be a self-starter who can independently perform the duties listed in the job description with limited supervision. Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to accommodate changing priorities.
• Must have a pleasant personality and be able to work closely with staff and residents calmly, cooperatively, respectfully, and professionally.
