Position summary:
Our high-volume, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Emergency nursing teams. This pivotal role ensures the seamless daily operations of the hospital, upholds clinical standards, fosters a collaborative team culture, and plays an active part in staff development and growth.

What we’re looking for:
• UTD standing as a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT).
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in veterinary nursing.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position is preferred.
• A strong knowledge base, with hands-on experience in specialty and emergency veterinary medicine.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to foster a positive working environment, collaborate with team members, and lead by example.
• Easily adaptable, flexible, comfortable pivoting to meet the dynamic needs of a high-volume veterinary hospital.

Total Rewards:
• Our compensation package is competitive, we're offering $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
