Nursing Supervisor, RN
We are looking for a dedicated, caring, professional to ensure our patients are receiving the highest level of care. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the clinical activities of the field staff. They are responsible for ensuring that home patient care is coordinated and managed faithfully, consistently, and according to state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Registered Nurses for home care.
- Assist the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Assist with patient care when needed.
- Cover patient visits when needed.
- Foster, a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
- Ensure all clinical policies and procedures are adhered to.

We will be there not only to care for the patient, but just as importantly, to educate them. Taking the time to teach them how to manage their symptoms, administer their therapies, watch for warning signs, care for their catheters, reduce the risk of infection, and other skills they can use to guard their health and improve their well-being.
