Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license (required); additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) preferred. Candidates with healthcare experience and strong leadership skills will be considered in lieu of the specified requirements.
Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in a Family Medicine or Primary Care setting preferred.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
