Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Greater Miami Area)
Type: Part-Time / Contract | Flexible Scheduling
Pay: $125 per treatment session (approx. 3 hours)

About Herewith
Herewith is a tech-enabled caregiver network connecting trusted professionals with healthcare partners like Dialyze to support patients receiving in-home dialysis. We specialize in non-clinical CarePartners who make home-based care safer and more comfortable for those who need it most.

About the Role
We are urgently hiring experienced CarePartners with at least 1 year of NxStage dialysis experience to oversee in-home dialysis sessions. This non-medical but hands-on role involves supporting patients through every step of their home dialysis treatments—ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support.

 Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience operating or assisting with NxStage home dialysis equipment. This is not a training role.

Responsibilities


  • Prepare equipment and assist with NxStage dialysis setup

  • Provide non-medical support and remain present throughout treatment (3 hours / 5times a week)

  • Monitor for and report irregularities to the family and care team

  • Coordinate treatment schedules with family or care team when needed


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on NxStage home dialysis experience (not facility-based only)

  • Age 18+

  • Valid Level 2 background check & fingerprinting (per FL AHCA)

  • TB test (within the last year)

  • Able to safely lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility

  • Reliable transportation

  • Basic tech literacy (Herewith app, SMS communication)

  • English fluency (Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus)
