NYC Quality Assurance Field Auditor

Premier Infrastructure & Energy is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Field Auditors to play a key role in ensuring the excellence and reliability of our field operations. • Audit natural gas locates in NYC
• Correctly and efficiently review and audit tickets from NY 811
• Provide support and training to field technicians, including follow-up after deficiencies are found
• Audit field technician's work for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure field technicians follow all company/client standards and procedures
• Conduct on-site reviews and meetings with technicians to reinforce company policies and expectations
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and client representatives
• Assist field technicians with and complete problem locate mark-outs
• Investigate damages by analyzing information, taking pictures, and providing reports in a timely and accurate manner
