• Audit natural gas locates in Queens, NYC
• Correctly and efficiently review and audit tickets from NY 811
• Provide support and training to field technicians, including follow-up after deficiencies are found
• Audit field technician's work for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure field technicians follow all company/client standards and procedures
• Conduct on-site reviews and meetings with technicians to reinforce company policies and expectations
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and client representatives
• Assist field technicians with and complete problem locate mark-outs
• Investigate damages by analyzing information, taking pictures, and providing reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of utility locating experience; NYC-specific experience preferred.
• No locator at-fault damages within the last 2 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
