We will help you grow your skills as you engage to grow and deliver increasingly valuable work.\n\nWhy the Role Is Important:\n\nNTT DATA\u2019s IDSP consultants work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately, implement the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process. \n\nOnce You Are Here, You Will: \n\u2022 Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering IDSP solutions to our clients.\n\n\u2022 Conduct standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.\n\n\u2022 Set engagement objectives and scope followed by development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement.\n\n\u2022 Support sales of the IDSP service offerings.\n\n\u2022 Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.\n\n\u2022 Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.\n\n\u2022 Be responsible for the review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.\n\n\u2022 Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support Chainalytics\u2019 overall brand and positioning.\n\n\u2022 Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.\n\n\u2022 Travel 10-25% based on project requirements and/or client demand.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n * Strong understanding of one or more of the following functional areas: \n * Demand Planning \u0026 Forecasting\n * Supply Planning \u0026 S\u0026OP / IBP\n * Inventory Optimization\n * Supply chain data models (products, locations, hierarchies)\n * Experience or knowledge of SQL / data modeling fundamentals\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * 2+ years of experience working with o9 Solutions application and modules\n * 2+ years of o9 platform configuration experience (models, workflows, dashboards)\n * 1+ years of experience in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, design reviews\n * 1+ years of experience working with agile and traditional delivery models\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills: \n\n * Basic python skills\n\n\n * Experience in supply chain consulting\n\n\n * Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives\n * Experience with ETL tools\n * Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.\n * Experience implementing other advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, etc.\n\n\n\n#LI-NorthAmerica #o9Solutions\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100. The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,840-$188,160. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the United States. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate\u2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
