RDR is seeking an O&G Foreman to round with our Excavation Services division. These utility projects are in West Virginia and Southeast Ohio.

Job Summary:

Foreman will report directly to their RDR Project Manager.

Job Duties:

• Oversees, instructs, operates and participates in the water lines, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utility lines as well as all fittings and required appurtenances. Must have general knowledge of installation, testing, and restoration procedures.
• Schedule daily work with on-site supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and customer and work through issues.
• Identify work outside of scope and bring to attention of division manager prior to work being completed.
• Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and material deliveries.
• Typical work schedule 4 days/week with potential for 5-6 days if necessary.
