Key Responsibilities:

• Greet pool guests with a positive and friendly attitude, offering assistance with menu choices and beverage specials.
• Take food and drink orders from guests lounging by the pool and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and make sure all needs are met throughout their poolside experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area, including clearing tables, ensuring guests have clean napkins, utensils, and refills as needed.
• Keep track of orders, ensuring that all are delivered correctly and on time.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed (e.g., condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.).
• Assist with setting up and closing the pool area by ensuring that all chairs, tables, and equipment are properly arranged and stored.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
