• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 30 mins
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• No. of Deliveries per day: 1
• Annual Deliveries: 360
• % of C-Section: 30%
• Nursery Admission per day: 1
• Physician in Practice: 4
• Support Staff: APP, Nursing Staff
• Procedures/Duties:
      - Low Risk Pregnancy
      - FHR Interpretation (NST & FSE)
      - OB Ultrasounds (Performance of Interpretation, Screening, Targeted)
      - Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section)
      - Complicated Delivery (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc)
      - Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Total No. of Beds: 45; ED: 20
• NICU Level: I
• EMR: MediTech Expanse
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active OH License
• BC/BE (If BE, within 1 year of graduation)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Case Logs (50 deliveries with at least 5 C-sections within 12 months)
