• Shifts needed to be filled in:

- Jun 9-16

- Jun 23-30

• Call Schedule: 24-hr Call; 7a-7a

- 7 shifts/month

• Callback Hours: 6-8 hrs (average)

• Call Volume: 2-3

• Patient Demographics: Adolescent, Adults, Geriatrics

• Support Staff: MAs

• Duties: Deliveries, Procedures, GYN emergencies

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Will be working on 2 sites

- Clinic coverage as needed (not scheduled)

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active UT License

• BC/BE

• BLS, PALS

• DEA, CSR

• Clean Background
