• Call Schedule:

- Every 3rd night & Weekends; Sat(8a)-Mon(8a)

• Call Ratio: 1:3

• Call Response Time: 30 mins or less

• Ave. No. of GYN Surgeries: 1 day every 2 weeks

• Admissions: 1-2 per day

• % of Practice: 40-50% Low Risk, 40-50% High-Risk, 60% GYN

• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff: MA, RN, Sonographer

• Required Procedures:

- Low & High Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpretation (NST, CST, FSE), OB Ultrasounds, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated Delivery, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

- Office/Minor Gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Crysosurgery, LEEP), Surgical Gynecology, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor only-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chrpmal Tubation, Operative/Major (Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs.

• Office Equipment: Basic OB/Gyn services including colpo

• No. of Beds: 15

• No. of Exam Rooms: 2-3

• Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes

• Trauma Level: II

• Nursery Level: II

• EMR: Cerner

• Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Yes

• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• IL License/IMLC

• BC/BE

• NRP

• MUST have strong OB & GYN experience

• Must be willing/able to do both OB & GYN call

• Must be able to commit to the weekend call schedule

• Case Logs (OB & GYN, in the past 2 yrs)

• Local (highly preferred)
