• Support Staff: Nursing staff on L&D floor

• Physicians in Practice: 2

• % of Practice:

- 28% High -risk; 50% GYN

• Required Procedures:

- Low & High -risk Pregnancy

- Routine & Complicated Delivery, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

- Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs

• Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes

• Beds in the Dept: 6

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Meditech

• Other Info:

- 46 low risk patients are due in Aug

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active MI License

• BC

• BLS, ACLS

• COVID Vaccine

• Currently participates in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS

• Local Candidate

• Clean record

• NPDB Report
