- $325,000 Annual Base Salary

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This private OB/GYN practice opened in 1991 and currently employs 2 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 3 RNs, and 2 ultrasound technologists.  The practice has three offices on Long Island, offering obstetrical deliveries and major surgeries primarily at one local hospital and an ambulatory surgery center, with additional privileges at other area hospitals with da Vinci robots.  The clinics have a full complement of equipment for in-office hysteroscopy and cosmetic vaginal surgery.

   
POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:

- annual exams
- preventative care
- reproductive healthcare
- menopause treatment
- OB/GYN procedures
- OB/GYN surgeries
- deliveries
- endometrial ablation
- CoolSculpting
- vaginal rejuvenation
- vaginaplasty
- labiaplasty
- hymen restoration

Please note that the practice is privately owned and flexible on the details of the job description.  They are seeking a long-term fit and are happy to collaborate on mutually-agreeable employment details with the new physician; the details below are negotiable.

A typical physician schedule may include:

- office days of 9:00am to 4:00pm
- 1 day per week of hospital obligation
- 1 surgical day per month

Providers typically conduct 30 patient care hours per week, with all visits supported by clinical assistants, RNs, and ultrasound technicians when needed. 

The practice uses the MEDISOFT EHR, has surgical robot capabilities, and is fully digital.

The on-call commitment is typically 1 weekend per month and 1 day per week.


REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Eligible or Certified, OB/GYN
- no experience required
