You’ll help keep our service department efficient, clean, and organized—while also being a friendly and helpful face for our guests.

🛠️ What You'll Do: 🚗 Vehicle Support

• Clean and prep customer vehicles (interior & exterior)


• Top off fluids, fill tires, refuel tanks, and charge batteries


• Move vehicles between service bays, parking lots, and showroom


• Accurately track and update vehicle records

🧹 Service Area Upkeep

• Keep the service drive, stalls, and parking areas clean and organized


• Maintain an efficient flow of traffic within the department


• Restock cleaning supplies and shop tools as needed

🙋 Customer Interaction

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude


• Escort customers to and from their vehicles


• Answer basic questions and direct customers to the right department

💪 Team Support

• Assist technicians with tasks as needed


• Help with setup and takedown of dealership events


• Follow directions from Service Advisors and Guest Services team members

✅ Who You Are:

• Valid Illinois Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive tickets)


• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or previous automotive/service experience is a plus


• Dependable, hardworking, and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done


• Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude


• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to lift up to 50 lbs
