What You’ll Do

• Assist customers through the vehicle buying process


• Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience


• Learn to demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives


• Help customers explore pricing, financing, and options


• Follow up with leads and previous customers


• Work toward monthly sales goals with team support


• Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills


• Willingness to learn sales and automotive product knowledge


• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented


• Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone


• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays)


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• High school diploma or GED required
