1. Manage SPI & NPI Build Plan Cycle Minimize P&L impact. Responsible for NPI responsiveness Manage LTB (Last Time Buy) process to insure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact Responsible for SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing, BKM engagement. 5. Own multi-products high level planning. Manage high level program in terms of new processes and initiatives. Set up new inventory management systems and modify existing systems. 7. Be key member in company-wide, multi level, collaborative decision making processes, reaching to the top levels in the business. Participate over cross functions, complex projects that will drive for efficient processes. Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
